Most agency lenders, Fannie/Freddie have been asking for 65%, knowing that there was problems on the horizon.You need to ask yourself where do you feel comfortable with debt levelsGino

They came across too pushy and didn’t get enough detail and when you’re new to something and about to put an abundant amount of money somewhere, you want to feel safe and like you have all the information and I just didn’t with his team.

At this point all communication should likely be going through the attorneys which should help you to be feeling less intimidated.

I moved from the SF Bay Area to live and invest in Reno, NV because of it being much more landlord friendly, low property taxes, close to Northern CA and Lake Tahoe, strong appreciation, and I understood the market after speaking to a bunch of people and feeling confident about the future here.
