We use the same color paint for every house, same laminate wood flooring, same tile, same carpet, same stainless steel appliances, same granite, same fixtures, etc It's all about the creating a turn key system you can use time and time again.

I am looking at putting a large stainless steel vent over the stove for mine. 

So in terms of cash flow, this property would have been a steel for a buy and hold investor.
