If you make a promotion list in the guard, you can't get promoted until you find an open position that's slotted for that rank.

My flip partner and I have had s lot of success w watching youtube video and a little trial and errors.

A small to mid-size dozer can "slot" doze down hill.

To me he is a shark in the mist of sharks , a shark of sharks, proceed at your own peril. 

Whether it is they are not coming, found another place, or an "excuse" and request for another day/time "slot". 

Being honest, some of the sharks in the game simply wont make time for you right away.

This is from Jan. 2022I Hi Tom,Apparently Copper is a non-Ferris metal (ok, enough of the misspelled jokes here).Pretty much all you can do is get some bids.On the bright side, they now use shark bite fittings and (what are basically) hoses vs the old soldered copper stuff, so the labor might be less.Make sure they didn't take your water heater and your furnace, because those also can be targets.Good Luck!

Not to be a lurker or a shark but to help people and help myself in the process.

Seems like the sharks smell blood in the water when they hear doc/dentist wants to invest passively.One thought is to invest with a very experienced operator....returns will be lower likely, but you'll have more peace of mind vs throwing money at a newer and less experienced operator. 

A little hip trying to swim the sharks which makes ir harder cuz I’m competing essentially with the big timers so what are your thoughts?
