hello, we are currently looking at a property we love that fits our needs for our future "forever" home. we are looking to get a land loan until we are ready for construction. figuring 3-5 years. has anyone done this that can provide some advice?

Hello,I am currently conversing with a PM to determine if they are a good fit to manage my property.

This being  said, don’t take my words fit the truth necessarily as I have no crystal bowl.

We've also discussed the fact that these are all optional, cosmetic things that if don't fit in the budget, simply won't be done or will be done at a later date on my own when I get around to it.

I would suggest interviewing multiple mentors/coaches and see which one is the best fit.  

Columbus sounds like it would be a better fit for you.

Keep in mind that every real estate investment experience is different and that there is no one-size-fits-all strategy.

Don’t overthink it and get in where you fit in. 

Make sure your decor fits the theme of your area, or at the very least don't have anything that is in conflict.
