I was born in England and moved to MN in 1998, the housing market of there is mindblowing to me. 

I also recommend the allure vinyl for rentals. i live in new England and it can get really cold in the winter months so its pretty norm for bedrooms to have carpet especially in rentals.

Elsewhere in the country (ie, New England and elsewhere along the east coast) 'guys' is perfectly acceptable.

We have started considering expanding outside of New England and into the Midwest in hopes of finding truly great deals.

So how could I sell you a program that does all of this and you live in New England and I live in Texas.

I am located in New England, so if there are any glaring things to be made aware of prior to purchasing a southern home, or a home located near the gulf, or local airbnb regulations, general landlord friendliness, ease of hiring a management company/cleaners, necessity of flood insurance, etc, please feel free to let me know.

If not, I wouldn't rent to her now if she were the Queen of England. 

Unfortunately I am not seeing this with just 1 or 2 people in certain areas I have clients in England, Africa, Tennessee, Cali, NY....the list goes on.
