If someone reports you, they will come out and verify you have disconnected the utilities and then come at random intervals to check on you.

Electric I keep on but sometimes they will disconnect fast, then I wire a generator into the panel, while working or showing the unit until it is restored.Have no choice on the water as they are multi but as Steve said, always shut the main off when leaving.

I will say though, turnkey is good if you want to be disconnected from your investments almost completely (almost!)
