We have cameras at every property and review them often.

The not-so-good news is they are listed as being in business only 2 1/2 years, they have zero reviews and 3 registered complaints.

So personally I don't trust reviews from investors saying there turnkey operator is great (because really they have no way of knowing).

Data science is no good without review by a subject matter expert, such as a local like yourself!

I used a faucet as an example because that is an item that normally breaks down first and often observe customers walking down the fixture aisle at HD or Lowes looking for the least expensive option, whereas purchasing inexpensive tile or other cosmetic items won't necessarily cause maintenance issues although I would argue will cost you revenue (more on this below). 

Know what's viable to move onto as next and simple, review as potentials are dug up and go with what is next best.

I'd like to start with flushing every few years and replacing the anode rod every 5 years or just once with one of these powered rods.I am skeptical of the very positive product reviews since the review really needs to be submitted 10+ years after the installation to be meaningful and they never are.

We added some custom details to the property to make it more appealing for our tenants as well as manage the property effectively and efficiently so that our tenants always wish to stay residing in the property.

Just because you don't make any money on them, doesn't mean you aren't responsible, along with the source of the actual plans, for any mistakes in the plans, or even any mistakes in construction from lack of info, misunderstanding, or just plain stupidity of the builder/user of the plans.The licensing agreement will have guidance on having plans adjusted for local code, reviewed by architect/engineer etc.
