Good because I thought you would have to go before the city council and prove that you can financially and structurally bring the property up to code.I guess to get the condemnation REMOVED then you would have to go before the city.However, if I'm just wholesaling it then I wouldn't have to do anything different then I would on any other house.P.S.

I sought out some legal council and while it was not a definite answer guided by the laws, we concluded it would be best for me to handle the repair myself for various reasons many outlined above.
