OK - here we go...Was an assisted living facility (my great aunt died there last year :(The corporation had it listed for $249k - trying to sell it as an assisted living facility shell.Reduced the listing price to $149k.I offer $139k this morning.

It is not WRONG for them to be issued by landlords, it just isn't REQUIRED.Additionally, if your property management company is incorporated, or is an LLC that has opted to be treated as a corporation, you definitely would not need to issue a Form 1099.

With the restaurants you usually go to their main website.On the main website in small print you will usually see a link to their corporate office.On that website you look for franchising etc.
