Instantly and I took actions and got rid of all my Greedy liabilities that did not need, like my brand new GMC $700 a month beautiful metallic dark green 7" inch lifted truck ,fyi that was a tough one to let go 😂 but Life doesn't always talk to you it just sort of pushes you around and with each push is life saying WAKE UP!!!.....

The floor bounces due to the fact the contractor cut corners on the LVL beams & water hydrostatically fills the crawl space & the after thought sump pump installed (after the floors were in) has a lip 4 inches above grade.

You still run across places in my area, as you must also in Scranton, where the original floors are face nailed heartwood pine boards (of varying thickness, usually 3/4 in) over 1-inch perpendicular plank subfloors spanning the floor joists.
