Right away, I know it's another investor, and I'm starting to feel small as I know his vehicle costs around $90K, which is more than I'd make in like 7 years at my current job.So the guy gets out and me and my Realtor are talking and then he walks up to us and I tell him, "hi!"

The buy/sell would also be handled by two real estate agents.I ask because I'm drawing up an offer where the seller has indicated interest in financing, and while I don't want to complicate things (it may scare them, they are older and tired of the property) I do want to have all of my ducks in a row.
