Usually the 2nd or 3rd time there is an unpleasant task (e.g. go Door Knocking or Driving for Dollars and meet actual Owners) they do not do it and lie to the Coach.

We have a recent bankruptcy after dumping two homes in Las Vegas after the crash in 2008.  

I took the online course, and am now looking for a great crash course for the exam.

Pretty crazy stuff...Took me 4 months to buy my first one, but I bought 4 that month, 12 that year.Don't recommend that for everyone, but it worked for me pretty well until the crash hit. 

One gent said Canadians are tired of crying wolves foretelling market crash and just think their current market as normal.

Being cash-rich just before a potential crash must really really nice lol. 

Funny thing is that I met a builder tonight that built them before all the local manufacturers went belly up in the crash.

was just curious,  a good friend of mine from Portlandia moved his PM bizz to PHX in 08 right in the middle of the crash.. crash was created in big part on the small multi arena by Hispanics being kicked out or leaving as construction jobs failed.he built it up to about 2,000 doors under management..He is selling out..

It's hard for me to see a crash that is equally compensated by lower mortgages.
