I plan to invest in commercial apartments, however I am doing it out of state... stationed in San Diego at the moment.

Between deployments and having been stationed all over the country, remotely purchasing and maintaining properties has its challenges but I am now in Columbia, MD and only a 7 hour drive from my properties.

A gas station , bank, quad, dance club.I bet you the contractor doesn't have a formula to do it..

I watched the Holiday station get burned to the ground on 46th and the Walgreens get looted.   

If it's really a scam, they'll probably stop.Also helpful are your local TV stations, or newspaper, as this would make a good story as it may be some cute scam.
