Is there a way to change my settings back so the posts revert back to appearing in chronological order?

So, if you start with a duplex, your next purchase could be a triplex or fourplex.

So if you have a policy that says you wont rent to applicants with prior evictions then you hold to that. 

Unfortunately that also lowers your return, so you might consider staggering the lower payments and rate (say 6%, then 7%, then back to 8%) over a couple of years. 

You're project is small so expect a 20% fee. 

Schools aren't as solid as gwinnett so tenants tend to be less sticky.From a duplex perspective - 2/1 units lease up very well in the outer markets like Cartersville, Douglasville, Newnan ect.

I have never built a home before and I do not have 'construction' experience aside from renovating my own spaces (so i do have experience- just no formal experience).
