I respect the job they do, have lots of friends that served, my dad served etc, however 3 headaches and expenses from each family was enough to eliminate focusing my advertising on that demographic.One was a younger couple - after lease was signed, wanted another roommate to move in, everything checked out so said ok - then the roommates girlfriend moved in secretly, then after the lease specified no dogs, two dogs were bought/brought into the property secretly and would be hidden every time I was around.

It's just a different business model.I'm here to drum up business, which is no secret, but my model and that of a few other realtors/lenders/CPAs/lawyers/etc on BP is to give value and add information without asking anything in return, regardless of if folks are in our market or in need of our services, or not.

solid real eastate  with a good cash flow and a cap rate of 11 or better investment and of course some apreciation down the road would be a nice option. i have looked at and liked indianapolis as well .. open to anything the secret is finding an honest company to deal with so far midwest eqities are como=pletely and totally legit. alot of fuzzy math companies out thier
