@Dan Mackin lol sure, I'm thinking about having the Meet up toward August 25 on that Tuesday...the project is set for completion in sept 4th so it would be all pretty before we had the meet up, we  look discuss the psychology of the deal as well as the numbers etc. this will be fun  this is a project that I've already started contractors are working as we speak, I'm going to do it for sure so mark your calendars, August 25th at 6:30 or 7 pm

I believe it is good practice, google "charm pricing" or "psychological pricing".When selling you price under the round number because you want it to appear lower, when purchasing you want your offer to appear stronger/higher without significantly raising it.
