For example if I wanted to run an ad looking for potential sellers would I run into any legal trouble without a license? I've heard, in Florida at least, you need a license to wholesale.

This trip has been very productive because for being here only a few days, I was able to see which part of town to possibly invest in and to stay away from.I was hoping to meet and personally shake hands with James Wise and Tom Ott, since I follow them on social media like YouTube, but I think these guys are busy--which is a good thing for their business.

So if your plan has a high probability of success all the way out to age 100, then the probability only increases if you only live to 85 or 90.Also, with younger clients, I tell them to plan as if Social Security will not be there for them at all (note: I do believe it will be around for a long time, though it will likely look different 30 years from now than it does today, which may mean decreased benefits versus what you could expect if you retired tomorrow), and build a successful plan that way.
