On the wooden variety, you will generally find 2 layers of lath-n-plaster: one run vertically within the wall cavity - the purpose of this layer was a wind break and the second, internal finish layer.

You may consider selling part or all of the note too, selling part of the note with recourse to you may be cheaper than a loan. :)

I can understand if I had put additional money into the C corp, then some or all of the transfer can be deemed to be a return of the additional money I loaned the C corp.

I will list them here and ask for any advice concerning any or all of them. 1) Listing agents said we were only dealing with one bank in this transaction, but after some more research it seems that Fannie mae is also involved as an investor.
