From what I’ve done with my friend in real estate, I’ve learned that they are going to be many buyers and even some sellers that you just want to ask them if they are nuts or living in the real world, but you can’t.

Also, that's nuts that you make that much in North Buffalo; that seems like such a tough area to get into because the house prices are so high. $1,500 per unit average sounds great though! 

And if you don't think the big institutions aren't helping the market move one way or another, YOU're nuts.  

We didn't end up buying it but the best I saw was a backyard urinal that 'fed' Nitrogen infused urea to several large healthy fruit trees & a row of grape vines.
