It is there you can "rub elbows" with investors in your area who are actually "out in the field" doing real estate deals.

I've seen builders do it on numerous occasions to correct an error.

Like I said, the Listing Agent has no control and does not even field or have any knowledge of the number or amount of any offers until one is accepted 

I have seen many people get excited and chase to many things at once and get overwhelmed, or not see results and then give up or move on to the next greener field.  

Call your colleague (you are in the same business after all), have a civil conversation between two professionals in the same field, have a laugh, and move on.

It’s pretty cool to see now that I’ve had my eyes opened up about this field.

For numerous unexplained reasons (can't believe I'm typing this), we think a spirit may live there but would not call it haunted (think Poltergeist!).

I also suggest on your free time you get out on the field maybe 1-2 days a week to really get to know your neighborhood and talk to the homeowners there.
