Personally a cash-out refi could help me get more quickly into all-cash BRRRs or a REI venture in Spain, however I don't know to what extent this is at the expense of rental cash flows, and what is the wiser decision long term.I've combed through posts online and looked for Excel templates to run some calcs and get a sense, but nothing really filled the void...

You should be on AirBNB and VRBO in order to reach the most folks.We got 60% of our bookings from VRBO in 2024. 2025 is booking out now and 100% are VRBO bookings.Makes zero sense not to list on VRBO.

@Ivan Terrero no you can’t do that; you can however allow an authorized user to in a sense ‘borrow’ your existing credit history which will report as theirs, but you can’t outright sell it to them.
