If you want to provide a mirror, you can screw one to the door--much less expensive to replace.

Investors doing deals need to go much further than ensuring their buyer can fog a mirror.

The heyday of same day trans funding deals is nearly 2 years in the rear view mirror and it is way too niche now, IMO.If you do put yourself out there as a trans lender, you will find a lot of people trying to separate you from your money.

I would bet that the percentage of turnkey investors with 30+ properties closely mirrors investors with 30+ properties who did not buy turnkey.
