We do not allow parties/gatherings, but guests must demonstrate party like behavior (loud music, excess noise, drinking out front, etc.)

Oh, and have music playing softly 24/7.  

The music will stop someday.

My latest discovery is oldies music, mainly jazz of the Golden 20s and following decades.

And I'm a singer/songwriter, so love the musical reference!  

But they have some perks like music studios etc.

Also never a music major bc they will keep everyone up all night.

However, the boyfriend sat outside for a while blasting loud music, came in smelling of weed (illegal in our state) and immediately started asking questions about keeping multiple vehicles at the property (against the rules) and behaving in a manner that screams ‘problem/nuisance tenant’. 

Yes you can make a lot of money with these avenues but what happens the music stops?
