As someone who has been looking at homes in the Bay Area over the last year, the homes with original details stand out (and sell for more) among the generic flips (grey wood laminate, recessed lighting, white cabinets and subway tile and all beige bathrooms).

Sad to see it removed, but rules are rules....I'd like to see it continued/re-examined, but this time simply in light of generosity in general not tied to any other type of organization.I believe that people who are generous have a way about them that tends to draw others toward them, which is helpful in business where net working and establishing relationships built on trust is important.

I saw one triplex where the guy put in brand new light oak laminate floor and he let the tenants paint .. they painted the walls a dark crimson color and never used a drop cloths they splattered it all over the floors around the perimeter of every wall .
