@Kyle Keller Tankless water heater‘s are very efficient, and will provide endless amounts of hot water, providing you have electricity or gas.

In addition to the exceptional targeting (you can compile endless lists with your criteria) I got a lot of value from the other functionality the site offered such as viewing court documents (tax notices, divorce decrees, etc...). 

@Nathan MillerI like that suggestion, has the tenant thinking of the heat supply not just an endless supply of free utilities!

The best way for making sure your time and money isn't spent in an endless spitting contest is not to get stupid. 

Linda was a great partner who made her self available to answer my endless questions in a timely manner.

Keep in mind, your assets can be factored in and attacked in court and you could end up with a lien if you do not have endless cash to pay.

Move on to DSCR loans once you max out qualification/eligibility on conventional financing (or as @Eliott Elias says, even if you just get tired of the endless documentation and gov-backed agencies making things complicated!)

I heard the most recent episode at that time and was so impressed so I immediately scrolled endlessly to episode 1 and I've been making my way through.
