That's a big city thing we don't have, so not sure if you can do the same thing or not.We went with the bank desktop appraisal so our all-in cost for the credit line was only $300 and happened quickly. 

I have no interest in being tethered to my phone/computer because I need to respond quickly to any inquiry or lose rank.
