When I say uninhabitable, I mean stripped of all copper plumbing and wire, vandalized, holes in the roof, flooded basements, every surface of the house covered in mold, failed foundations caved in with the basement full of dirt, man-sized holes in the floor and some that were absolute tear-downs.#3.

BP is a place for folks that leave the cave, kill something and drag it home. 

They will be delighted to hear from you, and if they are any good they will start asking you about the kind of properties you are looking for.

Personally I totally agree with not caving to their demands. 

Very few people including richer people than I ever have that delight in getting that notification "Congratulations, you have paid off your mortgage". 

I do not cave to no increases due to a tenant unable to pay.

Sounds like you are a little pissed at the PM and seems he is just trying to get the rent to you altho he may be taking a little delight in YOU having to deal with Miss PITA. 

And by the way, from the 27th to the 31st, it's only 4 days - just in case you cave and give her some money anyway :-)

May keep them from trying to work on you to cave in.
