Why are you investing, as in the deep down reason you got into this business?

I think after I start getting acclimated with the field and feel confident in my market knowledge (and have about 6 months net income stored away) I will jump in the deep end of the pool. 

We could realistically be deep in a recession by then which may make lending difficult if not impossible .

You can obviously not go too deep at a networking event. 

You can go pretty deep here, but stay focused on what matters: will you be able to generate the stream of cash flow that you are buying?

However, you can compensate for this by buying with a deep enough discount to account for the extra time and money.

Motivated sellers who want to get rid of their houses at a deep discount are the lifeblood of any real estate wholesaling business.  

(We drill deep, so no need to use latex if we have instead drilled 12 ft bell bottom piers to support and stabilize the foundation)
