@Carl Randal You can save money by performing your own heart surgery too but I don't recommend it. 

Although I'm running wild with the new biz that my wife and little sister are excited about, I know where my heart belongs. 

@Gina McKeeThis is a clearcut case of managing from your head and not the heart.

It's hard when you have a good heart but remember, it's business.  

A friend of mine has a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the heart of hollywood that he rents for $2,500 and I know some months he struggles to gross $3,000 but he then grosses over $4,000 on a good month.
