The only way to get them out, legally, in two weeks is to pay them to leave.Otherwise, 30-60 days from the end of the current rental month.Don't try to get clever with this, or you could get hit badly.

We have a statement from her doctor saying all clothing, bedding, linens, drapes, soft goods, etc., should be replaced in order to ensure against risk of an allergic reaction.This would have never been an issue had the cleanup company -- assigned by the insurance company -- followed proper procedures.So far we are at a stalemate with insurance over the clothing.  

Perhaps I could paint the brick, the cedar wall, and the mirror wall (once replaced with drywall, of course) all the same linen-white color.

So, I was able to cut an acess in the linen closet.

Fortunately, I'm clever enough to realize building is not one of my core competencies (I'm an ace at Demolition though!)
