When we create our business plan, we also include our exit plan.We'll only proceed if we can clean this up, acquire new tenants at higher rents so we can increase our NOI, which in turn should reflect our cap rate and profits.Since this asset class is new to us we will tread cautiously.Scheduled to preview tomorrow.

I just mean to say that I don't think there is anything wrong with their business plan, their operational expertise, and so on, so unless something melts the economy down, it seems as though Brian integrity of the operators is the only remaining variable. 

What entry point do you usually do business in?

I'm an engineering student planning to start a business after graduation.

It is always good business to stay conservative on numbers.  

I just worry sometimes when I see too much gung ho... and maybe not enough practicality, so I try to step up and offer a little advice from my 7 years in the business.

Consider petitioning your GP to stop their side business of disseminating long-form life, parenting, and fitness advice on Twitter and focus on salvaging what can be salvaged of the current portfolio.If you are considering buying: Squirm a little longer.
