Ive since moved very far away from erent and have a supplier that uses forte for payments.

Do you guys have any experience with ProbateData.com or any other Probate supplier websites?

It went under contract immediately so I guess either people have access to cheaper contractors/suppliers than I do or they are willing to take a big risk, or take a tiny profit or they are newbs.I miss the old days when I could look at dozens of distressed foreclosures and take my pick of the litter.

I have trusted suppliers I work with and pay them immediately.

The supplier claims it holds up much better than conventional stain/lacquer coat.Did the boards all lay down flat or do you have any issues with have edges sticking up?

I was surprised when I asked for a bid room price for a $14k window at my local store, they were acting like it was an order they couldn't pass on, a 1-2 phone call from my regular suppliers turned to 5-6 calls from them.

If the customer has money problems the contrator still owes the supplier , help ,  insurance etc.
