Gene Hi Gene, No we are not going to be having an assisted living option.

But of course your intent is always going to be accepted or rejected by a field agent who may be having a good day or a bad day.

RE is really about people and they seem to behave differently, even from day to day. 

as well just to ensure the student will behave since their parents are also involved. 

(hwy c) with the hopes of building multi-family on it.They are also having the same kind of single family sale boom that everywhere seems to be having.

For some that may be having a home where they can relax and center.

Where you are buying something that behaves more like a 150k house expense wise. 

Keep in mind that my perspective is based on a belief that we will be having a market correction within 2-3 years, so numbers today need to still work when the market turns, otherwise you may lose your hat!
