You just need to find the right one for the project as they all have different appetites for different types of projects. 

I found there is more of an appetite from legal counsel to represent the HOA versus a disgruntled owner.

But after a certain point I'd rather move that 401k as loan to fund RE or self-direct IRA,etc.If you’re into options trading then you have a very different risk appetite than I do so my comments may not be useful. 

Your appetite for how you'd like that ratio to trend will depend on your finances, etc. 

From a very high level the quality of life for the average American in particular is likely to decline as there is less appetite for US originated debt and treasuries. 

But honestly I lost my appetite to help you out.Do you realize you come to the forum DEMANDING help with "I NEED tips bla bla".
