I am going to another accountant soon to see if I can have them amended.

FEMA is constantly making changes and read the amendments which many people miss.

My association had to convince this owner to create the LLCs, transfer the titles which resulted in amendments to his insurance and leases and the association had to pay for it.

First Amendment.  

I don't really have an issue with this and am looking for advice on the best way to amend the existing lease to their liking.
