I was behind in taxes, had building code violations, squatters selling drugs... you name it.

I just hope it didn’t involve drugs, human trafficking or secret meetings with Putin

appreciation  in this area also is not great. when i was looking for my last property i thought about L/A but every time i brought a property up to my realtor she always came back with war zone area, Drug central area type of comments. the money is defiantly there though.

They proceeded to strip all the dry wall to access illegally stored drugs and growing equipment kept behind it (not by the owner mind you!

I like to have an open line of communication because it will help me figure out which ones are not normal(OCD, neurotic,drugs, etc) and to better serve the ones that are normal.
