Understand I'm not accusing you personally of this behavior but in my experience the tenants I have given the best deals to are the ones that ask me to change the light bulbs and batteries in their units or ask for expensive improvements to a property right before it's time to sign a lease.

Try to add different variation at the end of the name such as: "Properties", "Accusations", "Holdings" "Enterprise", etc.

Your accusations are being directed at us (the sellers), but they should be directed at the Property Managers at the time.All this said, we have everything corrected... we are aligned with an excellent PM group, and are able to see that you currently have 7 out of 8 properties RENTED and paying on time.

Get a thicker skin and get rid of your entitlement mentality - accusing the seller of blackmail and being unethical when you defaulted on the contract won't sit well w/ other investors.
