Get caught and you may get a free place to live , meals included , they even give you great looking clothes 

Most of these houses lack insulation, have old single pane windows, have galvanized/copper/cast iron/PVC plumbing all in the same house, post-n-knob electric or cloth wiring or both, and lots of bad remodeling done over the years.

The retail strip where I was a tenant had a Dress Barn and another clothing store (can't remember the name) move out. 

Those guys are a dine a dozen and their clothing is always spiffy.

I once emptied a storage unit full of clothes and such and brought the contents into my home only to quickly discover that I’d also brought a mouse in with the stuff.

They trashed the place , stole mothers clothes , all fathers tools , soaked the carpets with beer , broke furniture .  

It was bad enough that the contractor decided against using drop cloths on the floor since it would just soak up the multiple puddles of dog pee.So I'm faced with a dilemma: do I give them a warning and have a frank conversation with them about their living conditions and possibly set up to inspect once a month to make sure it's staying fixed or do I head full steam towards evicting them? 

Even though they had a week to prepare, the home was a disaster.They had a washer/dryer (more on this later) but were apparently just throwing dirty clothes in the corner instead of washing them.

I’ve even filled in small scratches on espresso hardwood with a dark brown sharpie and a cloth to blend it quick before it dries.

I don't know what I would do if I didn't exercise every day and yoga a few times a week.
