YUP its a non contact sport out in C class rental areas and some B class .. one thing to tip U off when your looking at rentals drive up and down the streets and take note to how many condensers have cages around them.. then you will know that if you don't cage yours good chance its stolen and will get stolen many times over the years..

We expect to see more of it down the road as the city finally grows into its own more and more as we cement our importance in the warehousing and distribution industries (along with biomedical device industry, interestingly enough) but that shouldn't be an immediate consideration.As people are pointing out: cashflow seems to take priority early on to amass a larger portfolio to roll into more stable investments eventually.

If you're doing a whole house worth, or even a whole apartment, buy the devices and plates in boxes of 10 to get a bit better price.When replacing outlets, move any "back-stabbed" connections to the side terminal screws; this gives you a better connection and reduces the voltage drop in the circuit.

After watching webinar one of the links Brandon gave for people that are already pro members to use to access freebies came up with a error that I am listed as a monthly member.In June my credit card was charged for the full year so I don't know why the system would see me as a monthly member and when I try to go to the settings or account options page I keep getting errors that the page can't load and tried from several browsers and different devices.
