the signs can be to find houses or to find buyers  both will call the sign its like a bat signal to people looking to buy fast and/or to sell fast .. hope this helps

Hopefully your realtor will use e-signing so you'll be able to all just "sign" all the contracts and forms from your computers.

On a message I would probably add "happy to sign an NDA"....signals you understand need for confidentiality and are at least versed in the lingo.
