If there are junior riders involved (any rider under 18) the parents will plan and see who can go down and be the barn mom, responsible for getting everyone to and from, making sure everyone eats dinner, does their homework and laundry, etc. sometimes parents will takes turns and one will do the first two weeks and then tag out and another parent will come in.
