Wouldn't this be grounds for an insurance company to deny your claim?

The warranty company is the money making business.

I am a project manager currently working for a commercial General Contracting company and have a small contracting gig on the side I am working on ramping up, focusing on residential and commercial remodels & all demolition projects. 

I own about 40 props in Illinois and N Indiana and have been working on taking the next step... starting a property management company.

My company specializes in higher-end flips in the Denver market, and we are looking to get into multifamily nationwide! 

My company has just grown organically - we've never advertised per se. 

An example of this is I had one trash company that collected the same three containers for $90 less than the in place trash removal company. $90/month X 12 = $1080 increase in NOI, at a 10% cap rate that small change increases the value of that property by a whopping (1080/10%=$10,800)!

ThenMailchimp **** me down, and two other email companies rejected my application.  

It puts the brakes on big power company’s power.

If things work out with this 2nd company, and I have one operating rental in place of two empty lots in North Port, I'll be happy(ish). ya I built 3 up in the Ocala area took way longer but they got done and we did make a very small profit on them but I count that as being very fortunate.
