I like deals where value upside is realized much quicker and with smaller deals you can have diversity across multiple projects instead of trying to hit a grand slam with one humongous one.Syndicators tend to like larger deals because it amplifies their going in fee. 20 million at 2% is 400k on the front end versus say 30k or 3% on a 1 million deal.My smaller deals I split upside 50/50.
