I myself is wholesaler and do fix and flip but pick what you want to do first meaning are you trying to deal with foreclosures, REO's or just go after cheap houses to flip.

You can pick up a lot fairly cheap here in Lehigh.

I buy mine from Master Halco, they aren't cheap but will hold up durability.

Make the price very cheap for your area.

It isn't free but $80/month is cheap for the amount I use it. 

Some people build it for cheap, it all depends on how you manage a project.

In Milwaukee you have a world of difference between two blocks, sometimes even the very next street, and while you might be able to find a dirt cheap property on that run down street, it would not be fair to comp it with the others, because anyone considering purchasing a home in the area will know which are the better and worse streets to live on.
