Please could somebody share some websites where to start looking besides the populars Zillow and Homes, etc. and of course something like first guide or tips.thanks so much!!!

I did an ABNB search compared to a hotel for a Big Island trip and initially it looked cheaper than a hotel by several hundred dollars for 4 nights. 

The reality for many is that life gets busy, the half-day trip to the property is difficult to cram in, and that property management is tough.

So I would say these tools are definitely worthwhile help guide you but you still need to be hands on to truly optimize your business.Mindy
