Also, if you can find a multi-unit out in the country (I'm thinking Oxford county, but it would be a terrible commute to your job) you can get RD financing for 0 down and a low interest rate.

Rate lock for six years and then annual resets thereafter sounds like a lot of risk No one can predict the future but I'm terrible concerned about this as well.

that kitchen came with laminate. not a good one, but i kept it. it's OK.the rest is hardwood, that was in terrible shape. he had to replace multiple spots due to damage.. we had to stain it and i HATE staining it. but i do hardwood 100% of the time unless it's a slab.

Hi Troy, I have an opportunity to buy 40 acres general use, currently permitted for 100 campsites--which seems like a terrible use of space, but that's beside the point--and have explored the idea of a Tiny Home village extensively.
