For perspective this is a dump with a caved in roof and a tree growing through the middle of it.

I actually went to a party years ago where my friend, who was renting, stuck a Christmas tree up the fireplace and set it on fire...the party was a lot of fun but I don't need that craziness going on in my rental... 

Make sure you understand the family tree of the deceased owner, and your state's laws for intestate succession (The state statutes on who inherits property when the deceased owner has no will)  Best to you.

I don't doubt that the child is annoying, but it is completely legal and there is nothing the condo association or police can do about it.if its 8 to 5  its just like when we are building a home neighbor no like it when the hammers start at 7am.. or when i used to log and the neighbors had to put up with chain saws  logging equipment and big @$$ tree's thumping the ground every 60 seconds ..

I didn’t think of family tree service.

I want to see the lots and make sure everything is good with them, because there are people dumping garbage on some lots, others are sneaking in and chopping down trees and selling the wood, others are cooking drugs, etc. 

On many trees, once the tree is gone the stump is dead.

Partnered with a mentor who financed it, closed it in my name, we removed the junk, landscaped the property, had a professional arborist remove a tree hanging over the property, did some minor renovation work, and listed the property on the MLS.

IE miss the forest for the trees, other analogies too but none come to mind

One property has a sewer stop up so we got to meet with plumbers, learn about dye going through sewers to trace the route, then we got to pay the tree trimmer, got to see a mobile home moved into our park, went to the dealership to get keys to the house, got to get a snack at starbucks, see the mover mess up a tenants lawn and work to resolve it.
