Currently started renting it for 2300$ per month , need your suggestion things I can do to fix my below situation.

I went from renting a room in a house at the start of 2016 to owning over $2M in real estate in under 6 years right here in Gilbert.

@Jaycee Greene Yeah it is easy for one to get discouraged when buying this type of project but I must say they are decent when trying to start low and build capital, that way you dont have to deal with **** properties or mediocre neighborhoods again. 

Would it be best to start an LLC or sCorp in CA and deal with the astronomical annual fees?

Best of luck on your journey, the DMV in my opinion is still one of the strongest markets in the US to get started in.

Start by getting pre-approved with a VA/FHA lender and targeting a multi-family property where rental income covers most of your mortgage.Good luck!

I've seen a situation two years ago where a new landlord had trouble evicting a tenant who was constantly late on payments because the tenant argued that the late payment terms in the lease had not been honored since the start of the lease and couldnt be suddenly enforced because of this.
