In my opinion the only time you are likely to see true appreciation is when an area goes through economic transformation - small town turns to resort destination, local industry (ie tech or oil and gas) booms, or something of that sort.

I will first try an FOIA request to see if I can acquire a more detailed list, but that is my second resort.

I know from personal experience who is moving into Denver - techies that like to ski, hike, etc.

Also, you might be able to clear it all up with a Quiet Title Action Suit, but that would be a last resort, as it could be spendy (again, talk to an atty.)

We tend to focus on how bad someone's situation must be to have to resort to such behavior.

One idea, if you don't have to be on the beach, look into park model mobile homes you can buy in an rv resort.

Your area must have a  hot market that its known for like a beach or resort, or casino, or even conventions, big hospital school etc.C)On eof the best sources(or so im told cuz i havent started my yellow letter campaign yet) is from driving for dollars.

I certainly have my routes and my last resorts in funding flips.
