Trees to close the limbs can fall on the roof, in a storm the tree itself can be pushed into the house and fall over, animals can crawl from the tree to the roof and get in the attic and walls, the tree roots can go under the foundation of the house or sidewalk and start buckling things or the tree roots can possibly break into your water supply pipes.

I come from a background in real estate and consider myself very knowledgeable for some one of my age but when when you don't have roots in the market it helps to have a team that you can bounce questions off of and get help with the little things like getting the right contractor, property manager, title company, lenders etc. or give you insight into the communities projects.
